You will need to submit the following documents with your application;

1. General Liability Insurance with Southeastern Asset Services listed as a certificate holder. (minimum 1 million dollar coverage)
2. Worker Comp Insurance or exemption from workers comp (whichever is applicable)
3. Copy of valid drivers license
4. Copy of business license
